The Shop Department is responsible for repairing and maintaining all city and school buses, police cars, public transportation, and other vehicles. Other Shop Department services include purchasing and controlling inventory, providing a preventive maintenance program, and providing a safe working environment through on-site safety practices and utilization of safe work methods. The Shop Department also recycles all products to prevent water, air, and soil pollution.
