District 5: Laura Barlow Heath

Elected to the City Council in 2020, Heath is liaison to the Chamber of Commerce, Sylacauga Alliance for Family Enhancement, Animal Shelter, Municipal Court, Fire Department, and Police Department. She serves on the Lake Howard Authority and was Council President in 2023-2024.
